eRevenu, a leading managed B2B eCommerce solution provider, sought to reinvent its brand identity to reflect its values of growth, data-driven decision-making, and result-oriented solutions. With the company’s rapid growth and expansion, they needed a cohesive and professional visual identity that could be uniformly applied across their digital platforms, marketing materials, and internal communications. The primary goal was to create a strong visual presence that aligns with eRevenu's core values and sets them apart in a competitive marketplace.

THE
CHALLENGE

The challenge was to develop a brand that could effectively communicate eRevenu’s innovative approach to managed eCommerce solutions while also resonating with their target audience. The existing branding lacked consistency and failed to convey the company’s forward-thinking and technologically advanced positioning. eRevenu needed a visual identity that would not only appeal to their current client base but also attract new partners and clients by emphasizing their commitment to growth and innovation.

THE STRATEGY

The project began with a thorough research phase, where the design team explored eRevenu’s industry landscape, competitors, and target audience. This research informed the creation of mood boards, sketches, and initial concept ideas. The design team worked closely with stakeholders to refine these ideas into a cohesive brand identity that would serve as the foundation for all visual communications.

The new visual identity included a redesigned logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines that would be used across all platforms and materials. The logo was modernized to reflect eRevenu’s innovative approach, using bold shapes and vibrant colors to symbolize growth and progress. The new typography and color scheme were chosen to create a clean, professional, and engaging look that could easily be adapted for various use cases, from digital interfaces to printed materials.

Once the new visual identity was finalized, it was applied to a variety of touchpoints, including eRevenu’s website, marketing collateral, and internal documents. The brand guidelines were meticulously documented to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials. The team also developed branded merchandise, such as apparel and stationery, to reinforce the new identity within the organization and among clients.

THE RESULTS

The rebranding project was completed over eight weeks, resulting in a cohesive and impactful visual identity that effectively communicates eRevenu’s position as a leader in managed B2B eCommerce solutions. The new branding has been well-received by both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to increased brand recognition and engagement. With a strong visual identity in place, eRevenu is now better positioned to grow its market presence and continue to support its clients with cutting-edge eCommerce solutions.

As the Product Manager, I led the project from concept to completion, overseeing all aspects of the creative process. I worked closely with the design and research teams to develop a brand strategy that aligned with eRevenu’s business goals. I also ensured that the final design elements were executed flawlessly, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation phase.
